MEMBERS OF THE ORDER OF MERIT OF THE POLICE FORCES

Governor General to Invest 43 Recipients into
the Order of Merit of the Police Forces.

OTTAWA—His Excellency the Right Honourable David Johnston, Governor General of Canada, presided over an Order of Merit of the Police Forces investiture ceremony at Rideau Hall on Wednesday.

Seven Officers and 36 Members were invested in the Order this week.

This ceremony marked the 10th anniversary of the creation of the Order of Merit of the Police Forces. “It is an honour to celebrate the exceptional careers of the men and women who serve with the Canadian Police Services,” said His Excellency, who is chancellor of the Order. “They go beyond the call of duty in situations that require them to do so, and I am pleased to pay tribute to their dedication as we celebrate the 10th anniversary investiture of this Order.”

Frank attended school in Oliver and is the brother of Martina Doll.
