At our last report 19 of 21 resort units had been spoken for. We asked Bellstar this week to give us an update on the Oliver development.

“We are doing a ceremonial sod turning on Friday at 11:15 am at the Sales Centre. 
We are planning to start the Show home in the next 30 days and are awaiting final construction drawings and final quotes. We will start next week to prepare the entrance and some preliminary ground work.   We made some positive  changes with regards to making the resort more golf cart friendly and improved the base product and are now in the process of going back to the reservation holders and doing sales contracts, we have 6 to date and are working through our list as we speak.”
