Reed Creek appears to be flooding an orchard area south of Oliver near Road 5. A semi-trailer truck accident last week took out one power pole and several trees but now a culvert seems to be affecting the normal course of water run off in that area.  None of the property owners seem to be concerned. It it is thought the semi accident may have disturbed the culvert that brings creek water from one side of the highway to the other and then flows through orchard property until it gets to Road 6 and Sawmill Road.
