Neighbours must wonder what is going on. Long story in Osoyoos. Owner Ken Nelmes has property on Jasmine Avenue. He was ordered to remove a 5.5 metre high retaining wall that was encroaching on a road allowance. After more than a year since the order was made – work has begun to shore up the property below a swimming pool. At one time Ken had displayed bikes on his retaining wall. We will keep our eye open on this story.

Once finished, hopefully,  a new wall will hold up the property and a new road can be constructed in this Haynes Point area.
