Some people are reporting you cannot see too far south today as smoke is in the air. Where is it coming from? We have not been able to find out so far. Can you help?  Washington State? Alberta?

In Alberta:

As of Friday, there were 36 wildfires burning in the province, from the Slave Lake area to the northern community of Fort MacKay.

So far in 2011, Alberta has recorded approximately 523 wildfires, which have burned more than 360,000 hectares of the province.
