Any Child Can Join

 

Every child deserves to play and be a part of a team, but not all children get that chance.  After the cost of food, clothing and shelter many families cannot afford to put their children into recreational activities that build confidence, sportsmanship, team work and promote physical activity.  “Any Child Can Join” is a sponsorship program where local organizations can provide the financial funding required for a local child to register for a recreation program or activity of their choice.  Families in need fill out an application form at the Community Centre indicating which recreation program/s their child or children would like to participate in.  The form is reviewed and approved by the Program Manager and the children are registered directly into the program using funds provided by sponsor organizations.  Help us to not leave any children behind.
