Sandbagging – creek rises

Here are some pictures from this morning near the Community Centre – showing sandbagging and the rising Wolfcub Creek flowing into a bloated Okanagan River.

Cool temperatures in the hills are preventing a massive amount of water coming down the creeks to the valley bottom. The potential of some flooding is real. If Wolfcub Creek rises 8″ sandbagging may become necessary near the Pool and Community Hall.
