Court records indicate that Phoenix Kilian McGourty, born in 1993 appeared in Penticton Law courts Monday and Tuesday on a charge of Arson – Damaging Property. He will remain in custody and appear again next week.

On Sunday two stores on the Osoyoos Main Street were completely gutted with a number of other businesses damaged by water and smoke.
