Out this morning for my walk, camera in hand and saw some riverside
activity.

Pictured are Shawn Mamchur from Mould Engineering and Ken Whiskin of V Line,
on the east bank of the Okanagan river, upstream from the drop structure,
installing a new, deeper irrigation intake to service two adjacent farm
properties. A good time apparently with the river low due to the cool
weather holding back the spring runoff. This cool weather is not bad for
everyone.
