Reliable source says a cougar spotted at Rd 3 and Ditch area today. Reports of bears roaming in and near the OIB subdivision all week long. Warning given. Seems like nature moving down the hills for food and water. One report of a moose killed at Vaseux Lake on the highway depleting the herd.
