Two applications in an Oliver assault case were denied in court last week and now a firm date has been set for sentencing.

Louie is scheduled to appear December 10th according to records supplied by the Provincial Court in Penticton

Judge Meg Shaw will sentence Louie, 35, for aggravated sexual assault and assault causing bodily harm based on an incident on the Indian Reserve at Oliver in May of 2012.
