This picture taken Sunday when no crews around on highway project north of Oliver.

A number of calls to me on why this section is not being done. I have no answers.

I have submitted the picture to a number of government agencies and hope to have a comment back. The contractor  has worked mainly on the north section and then to the area to the south – but this location has been taped off with nothing happening for a number of weeks.
