The Elks Lodge was broken into and stuff stolen early Saturday morning with  the alarm company calling me. I met the police at the Hall.

I want you to know my feelings on the subject.   There were 2 inside doors kicked in, liquor, confectionaries and a cash register stolen.   I think that the people that did this are the lowest kind of human to steal from a service club that has all volunteers, that work very hard to make money to give to the community and charities.

I just wish I could have seen their faces, after carrying a heavy cash register out, smashing it and then to find there was no money in it. The police did find it not far from the Elks.
